Philly Hip Hop Artists Unite for 3rd Annual Block Party To Stop The Violence
Philadelphia leaders, city officials, community members and special celebrity guests will unite to support an urgent peace rally to STOP THE VIOLENCE in South Philadelphia tomorrow, July 31 from 11am-8pm. The block party will be held at 20TH and Snyder Avenue. The day’s festivities will include guest appearances from local artists, a live band, children’s entertainment and more! Local residents will enjoy free food and special give-aways. Program will also feature a powerful presentation designed to make attendees think twice about committing violent acts.
Power 99 FM radio personalities DJ Diamond Kuts, Shamara, Uncle O and Representative Anthony Hardee Williams, Philly Freeway and hip-hop artist Meek Mill will all be in attendance.
